First you'll want to load current sheet.
Go "Add-ons > Manage Sheets > Load Current Sheets" and It will automatically inserts an editable sheet* with the current sheet settings displayed.
(*A sheet named "Manage Sheets Add-on" will be inserted. If there is a sheet with the same name, it will be overwritten.)
Edit sheet settings displayed on the sheet as you want.
It is intuitive and simple.
Add rows to add sheets.
Edit Name Column to edit sheet names.
Specify Sheet ID in ID to Copy from Column to Copy Templates
Check/Uncheck Hide Column to Hide/Show sheets.
Reorder rows to reorder sheets.
Edit Cells' Color to edit sheets' colors.
Check Delete Column to Delete sheets.
When you have finished editing, just click "Add-ons > Manage Sheets > Apply Changes".
Manage Sheets will take the rest and apply all the changes you made on the sheet.
